Every +2 student and their parents are worried and confused regarding their Higher Education and Subsequent Career, because they are not aware of the various choices available in the market, and they are not aware of the pros and cons of each choice. To solve this problem, Dron College of Education Organised a CAREER AWARENESS PROGRAM for +2 students along with their parents in nearby villages which are Chabdiya, Chandna, Jhulheda, Bhuni & Gotka for the students from all branches of the school.
The Benefits to the students of this Program are:
1. Students are Tested Pschometrically to understand their Higher Education and Career Suitability based on their Strengths and weaknesses.
2. The Students and their parents are given 360-degree awareness of various courses available in front of them offered by Dron College of Education.
3. Students and their parents are provided with an Individual Interactive Session with Career Guidance and Counselling to clarify all their doubts regarding their child’s Higher studies and Career.
4. Goal setting session for the students and parents after their choice of higher studies and Careers.
Students discussed various topics such as career, internships, peer pressure, college life, etc. The program sessions were interactive where the students and parents had a chance to directly ask about any doubts or clarifications that they required. The CAREER AWARENESS PROGRAM was conducted by Experienced Educationalists.
